When will my item ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase. This time may be extended, so please check for a banner at the top of the page to see if that is the case.

If you need something shipped earlier than that, please contact us prior to placing an order so we can let you know if we can accommodate your request.

If you upgrade to Priority at checkout that is only a shipping service upgrade. It does not expedite our processing times. We will not refund shipping on Priority orders that take longer than the usual 3 days as Priority mail is not a guaranteed delivery service.

Returns/exchanges/refunds?

All sales are final. We will not cancel orders and do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. If you have an issue with your order please email your order number and issue to thesilverspiderprintshop@gmail.com.

If your order has been marked delivered and you can’t find it, please fill out a missing mail form on the USPS website. We can’t refund or replace items that have been marked delivered.
